Please join us for an important program! Cultural Considerations at End of Life; Traditions After Death. Broc Fischer of Fischer Funeral Care will provide insight and pragmatic information about end of life customs, traditions, funerals and mourning observed by individuals of diverse faiths and cultures. The program is designed to give hospice and palliative care professionals information along with resources and practical tools as we assist our patients and families at the end of life.
All hospice and palliative care professionals are invited: social workers, nurses, nurses aides, chaplains, administrators, case managers. Bring a colleague and come together!
