The Provisional Group of the Greater Atlanta Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association warmly invites you to our December program:

Traditions After Death: Helping Your Patients and Families Preserve Intimate Moments

Program Speaker: Mr. Broc Fischer

Founder and Funeral Director, Fischer Funeral Care, Atlanta GA

Please join us for this informative presentation! Mr. Fischer will explore with us the ways in which different cultures & religions approach death & end of life through customs, traditions, funerals, & mourning.

As hospice & palliative care professionals, we have the extraordinary privilege of being present with families during this most difficult time and very intimate time.  Understanding the family's culture and traditions are critically important in order to be able to support the family effectively and meet them where they are.  Please join us for what promises to be an important evening!
