Greater Atlanta HPNA Steering Committee

This year we are in need of your help to advance expert care in serious illness.  We are inviting dedicated HPNA members to join our steering committtee.  The committee consist of hospice & palliative care professionals, an interdisciplinary team who can assist in directing, organizing and implementing the HPNA chapter status.
